Dr Ross Holder

Ross Holder is an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Near and Middle Eastern Studies and post-doctoral researcher the Centre for Asian Studies, Trinity College Dublin.

He is responsible for the design and delivery of the ‘Islam in Asia’ undergraduate module and the ‘Human Rights and Religions’ evening course at Trinity College Dublin, and has contributed to the postgraduate module ‘Contemporary Chinese Society and Politics’. 

Dr Holder has been involved with a number of human rights organisations and NGOs on issues relating to academic freedoms, migrant rights and freedom of religion or belief.
